I think I totally misunderstood their matrices conventions for bone/model space and gave up after a few attempts

zoi, for my demo I wrote a small python plugin to export from blender (with ctypes I can just dump binary and then read that into a C struct at load). I did an attempt at skeleton animation a while ago and failed miserably.
