PS. I finally figured out why @arab said that is a cover / polish traditional song.
Well, it's all about misunderstanding - BALLADA is NOT a cover, BUT... In "Technological Death" this song ("Ballada') was used as ENDPART and @arab probably thinking about HIDDEN PART where in fact very famous polish folk song was used (in fact based on punkrock version where one beat was shorter). But it was not "Ballada" - it was "Economy 5". And it was written for polish audience where everyone recognize original song without any problem (and some people on some copy party signing punk version lyrics along that module).
So - "Ballada" is not a cover, "Economy 5" is.
