tons of players misinterpret screamtracker's SAx effects, probably down to lack of documentation on those
HexaDecimator
(20:44:00)
eh, it's whatever, not a big deal
mirrorbird

ah, can't remember what the player software is called - could report a bug ... somewhere ... i guess

mirrorbird
(20:38:34)
in that case the "designer" is just another living being of some kind, not perfect => not a god to be worshipped
Oldchap
(20:38:03)
I guess that's assuming that the lab scientist is somehow similar to us rather than a transcendent being that we cannot have any conception of.
Oldchap
(20:37:36)
I mean, if our universe is an advanced laboratory simulation then its designer would be tantamount to God for us, and his motivations could potentially be no different from those of our own when we create something.
mirrorbird
(20:35:35)
but i guess one can't speculate. it'd be like an ant trying to determine human motivations, there's no common frame of reference
