Welcome to the first Demoscene Card Exchange! Join us for an end of year event about sending and receiving cards or postcards with other people in the Demoscene. All you have to is sign up, wait to get your recipients, then get creative! No purchases required (except stamps and envelopes). The deadline to join is November 11th. Sign up at https://demoscene.exchanges.cards Read the rules and get more details at https://demoscene.exchanges.cards/rules -- With COVID-19 and the absolute failure 2020 has been, I figured I'd try running a wider one this year in hopes of lifting some spirits. If it doesn't work out or you'd rather have a Nectarine-only exchange we can return to that in 2021. Finally, you don't have to, but some people like to post photos of what they received. If you decide to do that, please don't forget to remove or cover any personal information in photos, such as addresses, before posting. |

Hello everyone! This is still going on, and if you were on the fence about participating, this is your 10 day notice. The exchange will close at the end of November 11th, US PST ('cause I live there). I will do my best to get assignments posted by or on November 13th, so please check back with the site on that day. If you signed up to be notified by email, and everything works as it did in testing, you'll get a single notification letting you know to check back. Thanks again everyone for participating.

There's nothing to change unless you need to update your address. Since you've already put in your information, you're good to go.

I didn't see anywhere that you made a reasonable request of that sort. I did get a PM from you asking about a specific person, and above where you asked to send one to Biden. I do not have Biden's address, and I feel it would be very improper to add it to the card exchange even if I did. Nonetheless, I cannot control who you get assigned. If the person you requested by PM has joined, there is no guarantee you will get them as a recipient. |

If you would just like to adjust the number you requested to send in the exchange (total, or just the number sent locally vs internationally) then send me a PM and I can do so.

Star, yo sorry no xmas card xchange this year. I'm in money shortage (like always around that time of year), also due to craze going on and whatnot, not really motivated, but yep next year again!
