We got this 1 small Swedish party in Finland that always gets to be part of the political cabinet and naturally their terms for accepting the position for other parties is more Swedish for Finns.

My tip is to watch your netflix and such with Swedish subtitles. You'll pick up a lot without a lot of effort

That sure helps. I managed to skip Swedish in the final exams of high school because the law was different then for a short time. Now Swedish is mandatory again even there.
