Name : John Rasmussen Location:  DenverAdditional Information: Rasmussen is a solo project, styles range from harsh noise to experimental electronic/minimal electronic/techno/8bit. Rasmussen began performing in 1999 after many years of recording. Equipment used: Computers running many combinations of music and dsp software, Ableton 10, Max/Max4Live, Pure Data, Processing, VSTs, Reaper, and a few other odds and ends. Drum machines and synths such as the Korg Minilogue, Dave Smith Mopho, Roland TB03, Roland TR08, Launchpad controller, Korg EA1/ER1, old casio keyboards, circuit bent instruments, various pedals and midi controllers. Old Commodore computers such as the C64 with synthcart, MSSIAH, and various tracker programs such as Sadotracker (used in a live setting), SidWizard emulated via the Vice emulator and not emulated on real C64s.
